30A Spots!

Located at the front of our neighborhood and across the street from Café Thirty-A, plans include parking for automobiles, ADA, LSV, and bicycles, with a ~1000 square foot restroom facility and handicap-accessible dune walkover. Anticipated to be complete by Summer 2024.

A quarter mile from 30A Turtle Time, this public beach access has a circle drive for quick drop off and pickup of family and friends. A short stroll from Brozinni’s Pizza makes it a great location to grab a bite or drink while enjoying the beach!

Santa Clara access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A less than one mile west of 30A Turtle Time.

What a selection of your classic and specialty donuts right at your fingertips with a short walk from 30A Turtle Time. But WAIT, there’s more! This classic family owned donut shop is know for more than just donuts. Be sure to grab a delicious kolache or one of their giant breakfast burritos. And last, but certainly not least, grab a cup of that Amavida coffee… the special treat for mom and dad!

This longtime 30A staple is a short walk from 30A Turtle Time. Recently rebuilt after a devastating, the family owned and operated Italian restaurant is sure to have something for everyone. Delicious pizza. Divine pastas. Decadent desserts. And delightful pitchers of 30A Blonde beer. Be sure to stop by and support locally owned establishments!

Another treat that’s a hop, skip, and jump away from 30A Turtle Time. And with plenty of parking! Hokulia Shave Ice & Ice Cream offers a wide variety of flavors of both frozen treats. Or get creative and combine the two for a true Hawaiian treat! This locally family owned shop is a great stop walking to or from the beach!

A fine dining experience with casual vibes and gourmet cuisine, the famous Cafe Thirty-A sits near the front of our neighborhood and has some of the best food on 30A! Visit for a delicious dinner to include their award winning crab cakes or there to die for ahi tuna in its colorful presentation! Reservations Required

Head west for the best Italian food on 30A and possibly the best Italian food I’ve ever had in a quant setting among the charm of Grayson Beach. A perfect romantic setting for two or outing with friends for wine and memories that will last a lifetime!

For date night take a drive to the east end of 30A at Rosemary Beach for a cocktail lounge and dining experience sure to make for a romantic evening. Leisurely enjoy gourmet cocktails and dining and soak in the elegant atmosphere. After dinner stroll the Rosemary square and enjoy the views.

Enjoy the 30A Turtle Time fire pit among our pines and palms! You can pickup firewood at the local Publix in Watercolor along with all your s’mores needs. A short trip from 30A Turtle Time at the local Greenway Station. When you want a little change of scenery from the beach go over to YOLO Board + Bike to rent an electric fat tire mountain bike and cruise the Washington State Forest trails. Or pickup a paddle board and hit the dune lakes and ocean! Ask about guided mountain bike rides and paddle board tours! You won’t be disappointed!!

Situated on beautiful Western Lake in Watercolor, Florida, the Boathouse Paddle Club offers all 30A visitors standup paddle board and kayak rentals to explore the vast rain outfall dune lake. Or to help burn off all the treats along 30A you can signup for their fitness classes, bootcamps, or private workout sessions!

Pizza dude! A quarter mile from the house, another walking distance restaurant that is budget friendly, especially if you take advantage of their lunch specials. Brozzini’s Pizzeria is locally owned and will leave you feeling nostalgic for pizza places of old. Delivery & Take Out Available

One mile west of 30A Turtle Time, this favorite has been “Serving deep fried love since 1949.” The Seagrove Village Market Cafe has the best fried grouper sandwich around. But don’t let that stop you from enjoying any number of delicious items on the menu. From burgers to hushpuppies you can’t go wrong!

Looking for an old fashioned diner meets beach paradise? Head to Seaside for a kid and budget friendly burger shop! Order from the window and grab a seat in the diner or take your food to one of the many iconic views in Seaside.

Visit Pickle’s World Famous Hamburgers

Grayton Beach consistently ranks among the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the United States. The park has a 1-mile nature trail head at the beach parking area that takes visitors through the dune ecosystem, mangroves, along the salt marsh and circles back through the pine flatwoods. For a more adventurous hike, explore 4.5-mile (9-mile round trip) hike/bike trail through the forest and around the back waters of Western Lake. Arrive early as passes will sell out during busy seasons.

The forest runs along the north side of 30A and has plenty of trails to explore! Previously owned by the Cassine Paper Co, this preserve lends to the natural and unique landscape of 30A! A central point of the long leaf pine restoration efforts along the gulf, look for wild rosemary along the trails! Check out the All Trails app for great trail information, maps, and more. Watch for black bears on your outings!

Visit Point Washington State Forest

Eden Gardens State Park contains approximately 163 acres of land that was part of the historic Wesley homestead. The focal point of this park is the beautifully renovated, two-story house with elegant white columns and wrap around porch. In a setting of moss-draped live oaks, the 1897 mansion recalls a prosperous era. Surrounded by restored long leaf pines and cypress trees, visitors can come and enjoy a guided tour of the Wesley House, meander through the gardens, bring a picnic or go fishing off the dock in Tucker Bayou.

Eden Garden State Park

A dining experience you will never forget! Located in east Seagrove on Eastern Lake, Old Florida Fish House never disappoints. Plan to arrive before sunset to get photos from the dock and stay after for dueling pianos beginning each night at 7pm! Enjoy the seafood gumbo or explore offerings from the sushi kitchen. Get groovy in Grayton Beach and keep it funky at The Red Bar with live bands to help unwind. The lively crowd here will make you feel at home. Enjoy drinks at the bar or grab a table and a bite to eat including our favorite smoked tuna dip on 30A, a staple along the Florida Gulf Coast.

Overlooking the bay in South Walton, North Beach Social provides a relaxed casual atmosphere and gorgeous sunsets friendly for kids and adults. Enjoy their unique menu and stay for drinks and music. If you’re up for something different, be sure to visit on Wednesday night for Paella with Chef Joyce!

Beachside at Seaside, grab a drink as the sun sets as the vintage bell rings out to celebrate the end of another perfect day in paradise. A wide range of cocktails and local brews, this is the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the last bit of sun beams. Be sure to grab a Grayton Brewing’s 30A Blonde to toast the day.

On the far west end of 30A in Rosemary, enjoy a gourmet cocktail with gulf views of blue green waves crashing the backdrop of the European colonial architecture. This luxury patio experience doesn’t take reservations so be sure to arrive early to earn your seats. Enjoy any number of premium cocktails and old fashioneds or sip a rare Pappy Van Winkle!

Further west, grab a seat upstairs for raw oysters and drinks. Be sure to grab a balcony view for some great people watching and enjoy the live music often graces the halls of Shunk Gulley!

Ice creamery and candy kitchen located in Greenway Station a half mile from 30A Turtle Time. Mouth watering homemade yet gourmet ice creams including boozy adult options! And plenty of candy options for the kids or for those with a sweet tooth. Don’t forget to sample the pralines including, my favorite, the bourbon pralines!

Nestled behind Seaside square. Frozen dipped and topped bananas, ice cream, cheesecake, or key lime pie! This place is sure to be a hit for kids and adults! Pick your passion and stroll down to Ruskin Place Park for a sweet nature break.

Nigel’s Bananas

For a sweet treat or breakfast option, check out one of the two nearby locations of Donut Hole. Inlet Beach location as pictured above or the Highway 98 location with dinner service available. Choose from traditional breakfast menu or their bakery donuts including their famous vanilla or chocolate angels, our favorite!

Head to Grayson for the Make-Your-Own-Art Boutique where GLASS is the center of your inspiration! Offering daily classes in ShardWorx®, art made with glass and resin. Classes are about an hour long and are suitable for all skill levels age 6+.

Located in the Greenway Station is a taste of Florida comfort, Canopy Road Cafe is a short half mile from 30A Turtle Time and offers offers modern, exciting twists on the classic American diner breakfast and lunch. Don’t miss out on the churro waffle or pancakes and coffee that never disappoints!

Comfort food in casual dining setting, enjoy biscuits for breakfast or lunch in Watercolor. Looking to feed a crowd, be sure to ask about their biscuits by the dozen. And don’t forget to grab a large up of coffee to help fuel your adventures all day long!

Just a short walk from 30A Turtle Time is some of our favorite coffee. This organic cafe serves up delicious coffees, fresh squeezed juices, açaí bowls, and breakfast options. Enjoy a morning stroll and don’t forget the anti-inflammatory shot made with ginger, lemon, carrot, and turmeric!

Amazing coffee offerings a short distance from 30A Turtle Time at Greenway Station. Turbo Coffee serves up coffee, smoothies, and fresh pastries. Pickup some beans to use with our coffee grinder at the house or grab a sweet Nutella cinnamon roll!

With locations in Seaside and Rosemary, great coffee is never too far away. If you’re up for the trip from 30A Turtle Time I’d recommend a trip east to Rosemary square early before the crowds to enjoy the ambiance and delicious beans from this local roaster.

Great Southern’s standalone togo frozen drink bar on the Seaside square has something every adult. Try the Cold Fashioned, a frozen spin on every guy’s favorite bourbon treat. Be sure to ask for that extra shot of bourbon, it won’t disappoint!

To the east of 30A Turtle Time, Beach & Brew is located in the shops of the Village of South Walton and not only serves up an incredible line up brew, but The Best Frose on 30A. So good they trademarked the name. Be sure to stop by this quant bar for drinks and live music!

West of 30A Turtle Time, stop by for beach vibes, tapas, and drinks at Chiringo. Get on turtle time and enjoy a Billy Ocean which is a tropical mix of rum, ginger, pineapple, and mango. Be sure to consider parking at the Grayton lot and taking the tram in as parking is limited.

A short walk from 30A Turtle Time, this area staple serves up the best steamed shrimp, but don’t stop there. Goatfeathers offers fresh seafood, sides, and sundries for cooking in our fully stocked kitchen. A local go to be sure to load up on ruby red shrimp, a to die for flavor and texture unlike anything you’ve ever had. If you’re not up to cooking, don’t worry, take a trip further west to their restaurant/seafood market!

A bit further from 30A Turtle Time but walkable, you’ll find fresh seafood and gourmet eats at Reel ‘Em In. Also offering steamed shrimp, crab, corn, and potatoes, plan a family prepared seafood boil to enjoy on our wooded lot around the property’s fire pit. Or grab some of their award winning crab cakes to pair with a fresh red fish!

Just spent the day out on a charter catching local favorites? Then head west to Grayton Seafood Co. where if you catch it then they’ll cook it! While you don’t have to bring your own catch, the many who do could not agree more with this pillar of 30A restaurants and their motto of "Grayt Food and Tall Tales"!

From Arizona to Texas to Florida, the newest location of Evie Mae’s BBQ at Miramar Beach brings this top ranked BBQ joint to the sugar sands of the emerald coast. Two time top ten finisher in the famous Texas Monthly’s Top 50 Texas BBQ Joints. Stop in for a sampling of meats, sides, and deserts that will leave your mouth watering for more. And be sure to grab one of their s’mores pies or bulk meats to go on your way out the door!

On the far west side of 30A, this 2024 Best of Emerald Coast brings all the classics with curated "Gulf Coast 'Q", pulling elements from Georgia, the Carolinas, Memphis to Texas. Not just quick service, this classic BBQ joint offers take out and delivery. Enjoy their full liquor bar and be sure to stop by Thursdays to flip a coin for a 50/50 chance at a free drink, your call!

For a little Q closer to home, make your way down to Seaside square for quick bites and more. Enjoy a selection of beer and wine or split up and try one of the many other airstream food trucks. Be sure to take in the people watching on the square green while enjoying a little feast!
